Does anyone know what the cost is for adults and children? I can't find it anywhere.

As it is a buffet, this restaurant is subject to "peak" price increases of $4 per adult and $2 per child. While Disney used to announce its peak pricing dates for fixed price restaurants, it no longer does. Look for it if you are going during spring break, high summer or around a major holiday.

I called on Monday to price out my ADR buffets (for next week) and was told that the Tusker House Breakfast buffet is

$28.75 Per adult and $ 15.97 per child if your dining during holiday peak.

on my WDW dinning app it tells me that 3-9 is 12.99 and 10 and up is 22.99, but that it increases for the holidays

and worth every penny - the best character meal we've had - and we've done a bunch.
