Donalds Safari Breakfast

We are not staying on site this year but I just booked Donalds Safari Breakfast at the Tusker in AK for 8:40am....is the parking lot open at that time for me to drive and park at AK? Gosh I have been so spoiled staying onsite and using WDW transportation
