Donald's In December

Somewhere I read the characters at Donald's breakfast in the AK are dressed for the holiday season in December. Has anyone attended the breakfast in December who can confirm this? What is different about the costumes? We are considering doing the breakfast in December and were wondering.

Oh, I would like to know also...I've planned a breakfast her during our Christmas trip and if the characters are dressed for the holiday, well that would make it even better. Hope someone can answer for us...

we were there on Dec 15 2001 and they didn't wear costumes (just checked my pictures) but it might have changed?

We were there in December 2004, and they did have on holiday attire. This was the first time we had eaten there (it's now one of our favorites), so I don't really know what the attire is like other times of the year. But, in Dec., Mickey had on a Christmasy type sweatshirt and scarf and a hat with snowflakes on it. Goofy had on a holiday scarf and Christmas ornaments hanging from his hat, with his outfit. Looking at the pictures, Donald is the only one who wasn't in "holiday style".

We had the early AR (8 a.m.). The character interaction was great--we saw them a lot, especially since they had time to get to us twice because there were so few people eating at that time. We got great holiday pics, and we will probably use one of them for our Christmas card for this year!
