Donald's is my whole family's favorite breakfast. All the way from my 4 year old DS to my 67 year old dad, everyone loves Breakfastosaurus!! There are lots of choices for everyone. The largest area is the "hot" food (i.e. bacon, eggs, sausage, etc.) bar. There is also a stand with donuts, bagels & muffins. There is also fresh fruit. Your 6 year old son will love it!!! The wait staff is a whole lot of fun. One of my DH's favorite Disney memories is when one of the servers shot my 11 year old nephew with a water gun. The character interaction is great, too! One of my favorite Disney memories was when my DS (2 years old at the time) gave Donald a hug & Donald took my sons hat & put in on his tail (make sure to take the video camera as these moments are priceless & my son still laughs when we pull out the videotape).:p

You will love this breakfast!!

we have done this breakfast several times and really enjoy it. it is served buffet style w/made to order omelettes. you all will have a great time. are we there yet? no. not much longer now

This is our favorite character breakfast. It seems, to me, that it has a more extensive selection of food from which to pick. Just be careful...you just might find yourself eating too much like we always do. lol

We enjoyed this character meal. It had a nice variety of cold & hot foods. We went right when they open & it wasn't that busy, but as we were leaving we saw the buffet lines getting real long. We had a good time with the characters also.

We plan on hitting this meal again during on December trip (got to call tomorrow) ;)

We were there in July and I would not recommend it. We had an 8:30 PS, so we were there pretty early. The food was good, but I hated the set up. The cold buffet (with doughnuts, cereal, fruit) was located in one room, and the hot buffet was in another. The lines for the hot buffet were long. We were packed in like sardines, and one waitress handled about 10 tables. We never did find the syrup for our pancakes. Also, the characters took over 45 minutes to get to our table and they rushed by. We have been to lots of other character meals, but we both agreed this one was the worst. Hopefully, it was just because we were there during a busy time. On a side note, the glazed doughnuts there were the best I have ever had!

There is a hot buffet and a cold buffet in each of the dining rooms. I love the set up because of the 2 separate rooms. To me it seems to handle the crowds better, since you don't have everyone in the restaurant go back and forth to the buffet. My only complaint is that the tables are a bit cramped. Other than that is is a wonderful place.

Do make sure you are on time or early, especially if your ressies are before the park opens. Go to the far left admission gate. They take you up to the restaurant in groups of 10-15 after having your picture taken.
We were running a little behind so we didn't make it up to the restaurant with the first group. We stood around waiting till almost nine (with an 8:30 PS) before heading up there then they tell you to wait outside for them to call your name. They called ours pretty quick since I think we were supposed to be there with the earlier group.
All in all, the food was good, character interaction was good, waiter was funny and attentive. Getting there was half the battle. ;)

We were there this past July and loved it!! The food was very good. My husband doesn't normally like breakfast buffets, but he also thought the food was great. Altghough it was definitely crowded, the lines for the buffet were not long at all. The only time I had to wait for anything was when I was waiting for my omelette, but you'd have to wait for that anywhere. The character interaction was great. Donald and Goofy actually got into a little "fight" at the table right next to us, which was a lot of fun to watch! We'll definitely be back!

We went last October and also loved Donald's. Although it was busy, and full, there was no wait at the buffet lines and the characters came around again and again during our meal. We all enjoyed ourselves and definitely ate too much!
