I haven't seen this, but my DD has a bracelet made out of Mah Johng tiles. It's cute. I would guess it works along the same principles.

You could take a domino ( use the palin side) and decoupage anything you want on it. Be sure to add a dimensional objecct. THis is very similar to scrapbooking or collage making.
