Micechat is reporting that Disney has developed a super pass, an annual pass that covers both WDW and DL. The pass will cost in the range of $800.

I wonder if we will be able to upgrade our current WDW AP. I also wonder about blackout dates at DLR..

As far as the price.. That partially depends on exactly where in the "$800 range" it is.
Also depends on DLR blackout days, DLR parking, and premium AP privileges at WDW.

I would expect you will be able to upgrade from an existing AP, but that the Super Pass will be back-dated to the first use on the original pass.

This looks interesting to us as well. We plan to buy an AP at WDW this Fall and if we use an AP at DL this Summer, it will need to be a PAP as we are going when the DAP is blocked out. I hope that pricing and details make this an option for us. -- Suzanne
