Domain.xyz hijacking? How to stop?

On my iPad Pro on current IOS, the disboards are continually hijacked by an .xyz domain, usually a bogus dear Verizon customer. What can I do to stop this? Thanks!

Me too and I'm so done with it! It was bad a few months back and then I didn't have much issue with it but it's back with a vengeance.
