Thank you for posting a very entertaining trip report.
Just one word on bedbugs. If any are ever found, that is very serious business in the hotel industry and involves basically destroying everything in the room and clearing out surrounding rooms for at least a month until everything is deemed safe.
Luckily in our day and age, that does not happen but once in 20 blue moons or more.
