When I called to make reservations for this tour for my 16- year old, they told me she must be with a participating adult. I thought I could sign a waiver - is this new?

You may get better response on the Trip Attractions/or something like that board... (can't remember the name)

I did hear a while ago, that Dolphins in Depth was suspended because of a sickness/death (?) of one of the dolphins.. that was back in the summer though.

If you really want to do dolphins, I would strongly recommend Discovery Cove... its an amazing place, you get to swim with the dolphins, and enjoy all sort of other marine creatures as well.. plus all equipment, (wet suit/snorkel/mask) are included, as well as LUNCH and parking, AND last but not least, SEVEN FREE DAYS at Seaworld!

When I did Dolphins in Depth, there were 2 sisters who were on the tour with me. They were 16 and 17. Their dad signed a waiver at the gate, and then went on his way. If an adult must be with them, it must be a new policy.

Erika - what year was that? Thanks.
