Dolphin with Platinum Starwood card

Have booked Dolphin for 8 nights at end of Feb. basic room but pleased with rates. Realized from reading your forum we should mention we have a Plat. starwood card. Will this make a difference? Not stayed at Dolphin before really hope we get a renovated room

Do you have the Platinum Starwood credit card or do you have SPG Platinum membership? If you are Plat SPG you will be upgraded to club level and a jr. suite. Hope this helps!

Really I am amazed didnt realize Dolphin was a starwwood hotel when we originally booked!! Should I let them know well before we arrive British not very good on upgrading!!!

Linda--Definitely let them know your spg plat. before you arrive. You can call the Starwood 800 number and have your spg number added to your reservation. If Starwood can't get you club level jr. suite, then I would call the Dolphin directly. Dolphin has a lot of conventions, and I would hate for you to miss out on a jr. suite. Those look awesome. I'm jealous. Try to get one that has been renovated.
