Dolphin swim OR excursion?

What is the difference between the dolphin swim and the excursion on Nassau?
I am not for sure which of the two we want to do....
Any suggestions....Kids are 10 & 12 y/o

The swim you will actually get in the water with the dolphins and dance, pet and interact with them. The body surfing was my favorite. The encounter is basically you sitting on the edge of the pool and petting and learning about those wonderful creatures.
The swim was a blast! Hope this helps.
