Has anyone done this Disney excursion? If so, is it worth the money? What are the good and bad things about it. I'm thinking about signing up for it with my wife and two DDs (6&10). Any feedback would be appreciated.

We are hoping to do this next April. I think there are a couple of people doing this excursion in the next couple of months and they would give us a report upon return.

we plan on doing this excursion in December, I will let you know how it went.

My wife and I just did this excursion in September. We both really liked it.

Is it worth the money? it's hard to say. Let me tell you how it worked

We showed up and there was 60 of us there.

They split that group into two groups of 30. 30 go to the beach (my wife's favorite part of the excursion), and 30 stay at the Fantasea dolphin place.

Then they spit the 30 that are at the dolphin excursion into 3 groups of 10. 10 are with the stingrays, 10 are with the birds, and 10 are with the dolphins. Then they rotate maybe every 30 minutes. When you are with the dolphins, there are 3 dolphins in the tank so they even split up the 10 people even smaller. It seemed like a short time with the dolphins, but it was an experience.

The beach was amazing. You get to share the whole beach with just 30 people, and it was the most beautiful beach I have EVER been to. I think you get about 2 hours on the beach and then you get lunch. Lunch was actually pretty good, it's kind of bbq style. I have some pictures I can send you if you want to see some pictures.

Over all We really enjoyed it, but it's hard to say if it's worth the money???

Thanks for the great review. I'm looking forward to going on this excursion.

HI, We did this last March. They had just started offering it. At that time they only took twenty of us. We were split into groups of ten. Half went to the beach and ten went to the Dolphins.
To this day that is the most talked about part of the trip. Our ages ran from nine to fifty four. Everyone agreed that it was the best thing we did.
The whole Disney cruise was great but the Dolphins just added that extra something to a perfect trip. Your right it does cost a lot. But we thought it was woth it..
have a nice trip,
thatmom
