Dolphin/swan discounts 2003?

A friend of mine has been trying to get the Teacher/Nurse rate at the Swan for March 2003. Both calling directly and through Sheraton, she has been getting the answer that those rates aren't available yet.

Can anyone help with when they will be available?

I was able to get the teacher's rate at the Dolphin yesterday for April 4/21-4/27. I called the Dolphin directly.
