Two adults

1. Thinking doing dolphin watching on dolphin star ... They charge 12 dollars pp to get to
Departs from Wai’anae Boat Harbor, 85-491 Farrington Hwy Wai’anae, HI 96792. .... Has anyone done this ... Just wondering how far it is from Aulani

2. Disney catamaran ..... Has anyone does this ... Is it worth the cost? ..... Do you dolphin spot as well?

We went dolphin watching on Dolphin Star in October 2014, we enjoyed it very much. According to Google Maps it's about 11 miles from Aulani and about a 30 minute drive, but I'm pretty sure that is not factoring in any unusual traffic.

I booked this for my family of four (November). I can't say how close it is (we're paying the extra transpo fee) but just know, unless they've since fixed it, booking through the Aulani site does not give you the snorkel option. That boat leaves later in the day (around noon) and costs a little bit more, but I think it will be worth it. I booked this trip because my kids are young and this seems like a more low key excursion vs. some of the other options I've found.
