Dolphin/standard room

What choices of a view do you have in the Dolphin standard room? Can anyone advise what to ask for when making my reservation as far as a standard room with a good view. Have the renovations started yet and if so when will they be done? Is anyone out there able to direct me to the layout of Dolphin as far as the rooms go. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I booked a standard room at the teacher's rate at the Dolphin last summer. I joined Starwood Preferred, and on their site requested a room with an Epcot view on a high floor. We got a room on the 11th floor with a view of Epcot, MGM, and the Boardwalk.
