New to forum. Booked teacher rate $129 at Dolphin for March 2003
What kind of room is whimsical theme room with private balcony offering view of resort area and cresent lake? I requested 2 double beds. Talked with James desk manager. Had problem with first reservation. I was told rooms are not assigned until arrival. I have corporate spg with upgrade if available upon check in. What kind of upgrade should I ask for? How can I use spg points to upgrade to cl level? Do balcony rooms have cl?
Does disney club card provide discounts in dolphin/swan?

Since you already have the balcony room reserved, I don't know what kind of an upgrade you'd qualify for, except maybe a better view?

We had room number 6025, facing Epcot, with a balcony. We had a spectacular view of the Epcot ball and the fireworks from Illuminations!

I think that is the Swan and Dolpin's way of describing their room theme, cute little pineapples painted on the armoir, headboards with palm trees painted on them, etc.

lvm99, maybe you could request an upgrade to Club Level, but still remain in a room with a balcony...I know it's been done before, maybe you could request that as an upgrade?

I think the Swan has the Heavenly beds....can someone help us out here?

lvm -- when are you going in March? We are going on our spring break, march 11-16. We are staying at the dolphin club level with a teacher's discount.

we are going Mr 22-28 our spring break-- two teachers two families. We have deluxe balcony with resort and lake view. Not sure what this means but hope all goes well. Please report back I'd love to hear about your experiences.
