Dolphin room with Epcot view

I have reservations for the Dolphin and wanted to know if there is a better room location for view of Epcot. Taking two young children and think it would be better if we could watch Illuminations form the hotel rather than fight the crowd. We have a resort view room reserved. Any help would be appreciated.

Request the EAST wing for an Epcot view (upper floor). Phone or email you request a few days in advance. You will LOVE the Dolphin! Have a great time!

We had an Epcot view during our February 2002 stay at the Dolphin, and it was spectacular! We could see the fireworks perfectly!

We stayed on the East Wing this summer, but did not have a view of the Epcot fireworks. Ours was called a "resort view" and it was a nice view. Now had we been across the hall we probably could have seen the fireworks. Specify in your request that you want a view of Epcot. You can e-mail special requests through the swandolphin.com website. Just click on reservations and you'll see special requests.

We came back from the Dolphin last week. We had a great view of the fireworks from our 4th floor room on the East wing. I would have liked a higher floor but wanted the newly renovated room with Heavenly Bed so opted for a lower floor to get this. We couldn't quite see the EPCOT ball due to the palm trees but we had a brill view of the fireworks from our balcony. Good Luck!

Was room 6025 considered lakeview or what? Also was it a king room or does it have 2 doubles? Sounds like it was a great location!
