Dolphin - leaving luggage for 3 days?

We are staying at the Dolphin for two weeks for the 4th time next Easter - love the place!

I have now booked with Jet Blue (fab prices!!!) for flights to New York for 3 nights in the middle of our Dolphin stay. I will be changing my booking to two separate stays by cancelling the middle 3 nights we are in New York, and what i'm wondering is has anyone left luggage at the Dolphin for 3 nights or so? I'm thinking it would be much easier if we didn't have to take all our cases to New York with us, if we could leave them with Left Luggage for 3 nights then get them when we return that would work out well - BUT - can it be done?

I was wondering if anyone who had done the Disney Cruise had left their luggage there until they get back? If so, hopefully we would be able to do it too.

Any advice would be great - and we are really looking forward to our very first visit to New York!

Not at the Dolphin, but I recently did this at WL, as TheRustyScupper said, no problem. Just let them know when you will be picking it up, so they'll know it's along term hold.
