Dolphin and Fastpass

My first time staying at the Dolphin and I"m wondering how fastpass will work. I booked through the Starwood website. How do I take advantage of Fastpass + while staying at the Dolphin?

Also, will my hotel charges be linked to my Magicband?

You will not be able to charge on a MagicBand.

FP+ can be accessed via a MB you own, or a ticket card. Dolphin will not give you a new one. You will get a room key.

In order to make FP+ at 60 days prior, you need to link your Dolphin reservation to your MDE account and make sure you have valid ticket media linked as well. You can either bring an old MB or get a plastic RFID card (or buy a new MB, but there's really no need) to gain entrance to the parks and use FP+. You cannot charge to your MB when staying at the Dolphin nor can you use your MB as a resort door key.

Dolphin guests do not receive magicbands, so if you want to use it for your ticket media, you'll have to bring a previously used one or buy one. You cannot charge to them.

That's awesome! F&W using points at the Dolphin is great! We've stayed at both the Dolphin and the Swan and enjoyed them both! Have a great trip!

We are returning for our third stay this May and I doubt I would ever stay at BC or BWI again due to the cost. Dolphin is very nice and each trip we have been able to get rooms about the same (or this trip better) than the cost of the Disney Mod resorts! Enjoy your stay.

We are doing Swan in March for the Flower and Garden Festival for the exact same reason, SPG points!!! I can't give any more information than has already been supplied, but I can tell you we just bought our tickets from Undercover Tourist and made our Fastpasses at the 60 day point, and it worked exactly as described. We did buy new Magicbands, but I have a little collection going so that's just me, an old one would work just fine. I am a little worried about the kids (well not exactly kids 25 and 21), not being able to charge to the room with them, so I will need to make some other arrangements for them to have a little spending money.

I might go ahead and buy a new magic band just for fun. I haven't looked yet but I'm sure they have new colors since I last bought them two years ago.

I'm just going to use my credit card. Not as easy as the magic band charging but it will work.
