Dollar Rental Cars

Can someone please give me some feedback on Dollar rental cars from the Orlando Airport? I have heard not so good things about them but so far they have the cheapest rates. I have heard mixed reviews so far but just wanted to see if I could get some more opinions. I would just like to know how the service is, if the car you get is the one you reserve online and if you really pay what you are quoted online. Thanks for all your help.

We rented from them in April of this year, and couldn't have been happier. While the Alamo line was about 10-15 people deep, the Dollar line had about
4 people in it. Register for free online with their Dollar Express program - there is a separate line for that at the counter. Rent your veichle under that program to get fast rental times!

We got exactly the rate we registered for, and getting to the car was
very easy.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. In fact, I would pay $10-$30 more with them than with Alamo, to skip long lines.

Always use Dollar, never had any problems.

I have used them at least 6 times at MCO. The cars are always fine, and if anything, they may upgrade you to something bigger for free. The last time I used them was last month. The guy at the counter was a bit pushy, but overall I would not hesitate to use Dollar.

I've used Dollar 3 times at Orlando in the past year. The only problem I had was the interior of the minivan in August was dirty. January and September were problem free.

I use Dollar all the time and never have a problem. But sure to sign up for Dollar Express!

I have used Dollar the past five trips. On our honeymoon a few years ago we had a Dodge Neon reserved for like $115 total for the week. They upgraded us free to a sebring convertible. We've always had good luck with the service and cars and I've never waited in line.

We have rented from them many times and have no complaints re: the cars or service. We, too, have gotten free up-grades at times.

We never rent from anywhere else at MCO! Nice cars, fast, convenient. Never any problems.

We've used them 4 times now, 3 of those times we were given a comp. upgrade.

I highly recommend them! We'll be using them again in a few weeks.

I've used Dollar Car Rental two or three times a year for the five years and have never had trouble. I used Alamo for the first time last year and I'm going back to Dollar. Hope that everything works out for you.

We just returned this week. Rented from Dollar and had no complaints. Make sure you sign up for the Dollar Express as they have a dedicated line for these members and it went very quickly ... the best part is that it is FREE.

Got a great rate of $118 week for a Ford Taures. We got to stay an extra couple of days and one phone call got my rental extended at a very reasonable rate. Drop off was quick and painless.

On getting the car they made a big deal of returning it full and making sure you had your receipt showing you filled it that day at a gas station within 10 miles of MCO. On returning the vehicle no one asked about the receipt even after I mentioned I had it.

I'd definately use them again.

We love Dollar. We have used rhem 3 years in a row with no problems. I just booked with a corporate code (oi1054) and sane almost $150.00.
