Dollar Rates have dropped for Late Sept/early Oct.

I just rebooked my Dollar reservation. Sept. 29th to Oct. 8th. Lock 'n Low (compact or larger) for $151.45. I did have a mid-size booked for $176.43. I decided to switch car types but if I had stayed with mid-size it would have been $153.36. So basically it dropped $23 for 9 days.

I tried a few codes but it didn't change the price.
