Dollar Express Member

I am renting from Dollar and signed up to be an express member. I have heard you do not have to wait in the lines inside the airport, you can go directly to car rental location outside and there is a kiosk there. Is this true, besides my member number and reservation number, anything else I have to do? I never got any information on this when I confirmed my reservation a couple of days ago over the phone.

I love Dollar Express. Yes, you skip the counter lines. Your name will be on a board where you pick up the car telling you which slot to go to for the car. Show them you license and credit card when you leave and you are done. We were assigned a Chevy Cruze last year which is hard for me to get in and out of. I asked them to switch to another car and had no problems.
