Dollar Express--first time using

Is Dollar express as convenient as Hertz/Alamo where I can put all of the driver info in ahead of time and 100% skip the counter during the FIRST USE, or is it like Budget fastbreak where you still have to go to the counter the first time? TIA.

We have been using Dollar Express for years. You fill out the driver information in advance and when you arrive at MCO you can go straight to the garage. There is a booth there and I'm pretty sure that on your first time using them you may have to give your physical credit card. Next time you go back there is a board where your name is listed along with where your car is located. Not certain that this is still their procedure but it was when we began using them years ago.
