Dollar Car Rental

I am getting a hire car booked via Travel City Direct for my holiday. The vehicle is a Immediate 4-door saloon. Can anybody please tell me if it has a CD player, a cassette player or simply a radio.

Seem to remember the I4dr we had a few years ago had a radio/cassette. Another year we were upgraded from I size to full, which had a CD player. You could look on the Dollar website, which I think has details, but remember they use quite a variety of different cars.
Have a good time, I notice we'll be out there just before you, not long to go now!!!

Just to say that on our trip in April we had a Economy 4dr (Dodge Neon) and it had a CDplayer, not a radio/cassette.

We had an Dollar I4 a couple of weeks ago, having booked an I2. It was a Chrysler Saturn, which was pretty uninspiring, but it did have a CD player and no cassette. One thing though, on returning it they charged me $37 for petrol even although I had filled it up and it said so on the receipt, so this involved a long phone call to sort out.

We're just back, and we had a Dodge Stratus (I4) with Dollar and we had a CD player. We were with my cousin and her family - they too had a Dodge Stratus, but they had a cassette player!!

Looks like it will be pot luck!!!

Thankyou for your replies, It looks like they will have to take CD's and tapes for those times that I am driving around having missed the junction and end up travelling up and down the same road a dozen times like the last time we went.

We had a Dollar car in May - flying into Sanford. The car was dirty, smokey and badly scratched - but the radio worked!

Why add to your luggage with CDs and tapes. If you are only driving to the parks etc there are plenty of good radio stations to listen to. We found plenty of music to pass the time whilst driving to the attractions.
