Dollar Car Hire??

I booked our car hire with Virgin to collect it at the Holiday Inn I-Drive (Where we collected it last year) and was told that the Dollar desk was no longer there. So we have now got to go to Downtown Disney to collect this. Can anybody confirm this is correct??

We were there 3 weeks ago and the Dollar Desk was there and operating(we had to change our car there).
