"Doll and Teddy Bear Wknd" at Epcot 3/18-20??

This is mentioned on allears.net, on the calendar, but there is no explanation - can anyone tell me what it is? We'll be there through the 21st with DD3 and if there is something worth seeing, I'd love to know!
