Dole Whips

I keep hearing how amazing these "Dole Whips" are.
One question. What are they?

a dole whip is a tasty frozen soft "ice cream" made with pineapple juice - tart and sweet at the same time - we had it for the first time at thanksgiving and it was very good - refreshing...because they are sweet, we found a small one was more than enough for each of us - in fact two of us split one (because we didn't know if we would like them) and decided that was all they wanted----
you should absolutely try it!
the stand is located near alladin's ride in adventureland

I had my first Dole whip float in October and loved it! The float is the pineapple ice cream layered over pineapple juice - to die for! I agree that it's easily enough for two people.

If you like pineapple, try one!!

I've been eating as often as I can for the past 10 years...there's nothing like it, you cant find it anywhere else that I know of, and I'm hooked. I actually dream about it. The pineapple flavor is the signature dole whip.

Our plane will be landing in Orlando in exactly one week at this time and I can't wait to have another Dole whip on Thursday morning (might even be breakfast!).

Well, if by "near" you mean they are both IN Adventureland .
The Dole Whip stand is actually much closer to the Hub entrance (after you cross the wooden bridge) inside Adventureland. (The flying carpets are midway-back, by the Tiki Room.)

Doles Whips are found very near (but across the walkway from) the entrance to the Swiss Family Treehouse.

We always share a dole whip float on our holiday. We also share a strawberry swirl, which is one of my favorites. But Richard's absolute favorite is the Minnie Bar.

I am seriously envious of you, but there is good news...my best freind lives in North Attleboro and you can bet that I will be going there the next time I visit! Thank you soooo much for that very valuably information, you have no idea what it means to me!!

Dole whips are the best! I always get the pineapple soft serve. But I need to try the float next time. We also had dole whips at the Dole Pineapple Plantation in Oahu, Hawaii. Hawaii is the only trip I will take when I'm not planning a trip to WDW.

DH had a float last time. He substituted Sprite for the pineapple juice. They gave him a sort of funny look, but he said it was pretty tasty!

We had one there too!! Did you also get the free pineapple slices at the end of the tour?

Disneyland has the Dole whips too as I would imagine DIsney Paris, Japan and Hong Kong might have them as well. They should really franchise it out!!

Ate way too much pineapple while we were there...something I've never seen anywhere else is chocolate dipped pineapple slices. Interesting idea for fondue.

My friend strongly encouraged me to try one last trip...and let me tell you...it is one of the most fantastic tastes every to touch my taste buds

Oh,and a little secret my friend taught me...make sure you oder your pinapple dole whip with SPRINKLES! Once you have tried it with sprinkles, you will never go back!

I'll have to try it with sprinles now, I never have b4...rainbow or chocolate? I like rainbow sprinkles on ice cream myself!

We also had chocolate covered Mac. nuts there. We ate way too much pineapple there as well. So much I didn't touch it for a year afterwards.
