Gluten?

From what I can tell, it was made dairy free and made vegan about 4 years ago. It's always been gluten free. But there's always the risk of cross-contamination.

As always, ask the cast member where you get the Dole Whip about it. You can even ask for the ingredient list, which they should have somewhere in the stand.
