Dole Whips at home! (with picture)

In addition to turkey and pie, we added authentic Dole Whips to our Thanksgiving feast! I had found the directions and link to buy the Dole powder mix from Ricky Brigante's video podcast (Inside the Magic/ Not sure if I can post that here). The mix is sold through Unified Enterprises Corp. I made them exactly as described (you'll need an ice cream maker too) and the final product really is a Pineapple Dole Whip! We were just there at the end of September, so the taste is still fresh in my mind!.

It may not have been the same as sitting on the bench outside the Aloha Isle in Adventure Land, but it helped bring a little Disney magic into our home! Below you'll see the pic of a regular Dole Whip and the Dole Whip float. If you love Dole Whips and can't wait until your next trip, DO try this at home!

It most certainly is!

Sometimes I'll settle for a Costco Churro to help relive a little Disney Magic, but it's not the same. These Dole Whips on the other hand are the real thing!

You're very welcome! When I made these I had never used my cuisinart before. We got it as a wedding present 8 years ago so I was hoping it would still work. It did! They're so quick to make too, less than 5 minutes prep and 25 minutes in the machine!

Wow, I love that pineapple dolewhip. They say that MK is the only place you can get it, but one of our local ice cream places, Golicks in NH, actually has it.
