Aloha Isle is at Magic Kingdom, and there's no booze at Magic Kingdom.

There's a kiosk over near the international gateway at Epcot that also sells Dole Whip with Rum. But I'm not sure if that is one of those kiosks that is only there for F&W and F&G or if its a permanent one.

I think you can also get the dole whip with Rum at the Poly, but I've never been there, so I can't be 100% sure.

That's a bummer. I know I saw it on the Grog Grotto menu online, and I thought I had seen it on the inside menu when we went in December.

During food and wine, it's available at the Refreshement Port in Epcot, which is a perm building. While we were there last week, there was a maple bourbon popcorn "milkshake" at the kiosk next to refreshment port. It was AHHHHHHMAZING. Got a wee bit tipsy!

Art of Animation's pool bar also has the Dole Whip Smoothie with rum concoction. They call it Captain's Pineapple

there is a drink at margarita joe's on the boardwalk called the captain's seaside sensation - it's a "pineapple smoothie" with rum, per the menu. it's basically dole whip with rum.
