Dole Whip - Which do you prefer?

I had my first Dole Whip this year so thought of the question, which do you prefer? I was able to try the pineapple only and the pineapple/ vanilla swirl this year. I will have to try the other flavors next year. My wife said that orange/ vanilla swirl tastes like a dreamsicle. I liked the pineapple/ vanilla swirl the best.

the "float" is winning but actually when you look at the results as float vs non-float, the non floater's are almost 2-1 preference over the floaters.

Very interesting, bc it seems like most talk of a Dole Whip float, and not just a Dole Whip.

I've never had either but will be trying the non-float this trip; floats are not really my thing.

I've had ton of pineapple Dole Whips, but never the float. I always say I'm going to try the float, but chicken out when it comes to ordering. I just love the Dole Whip too much. Guess I'll have to get brave for our January trip!

I love the pineapple/vanilla swirl. I've had the float and did not really like it, it was too sweet for my taste.

I voted Float. I had two of them on my recent trip. The first time round, they wanted to make it with vanilla soft serve instead of pineapple Dole Whip, but I rectified this pretty swiftly.

while the float was good, i got burns in my mouth from the pineapple juice (so did hubby)... i had sores for 2 weeks!

I'm not a big fan of the canned pineapple juice so I voted for the swirl. While I do somewhat prefer the orange/vanilla swirl combo better, that does not pertain to Disney. It wasn't as creamy as what I'm used to (Kohr's is super popular here in NJ, and it's custard = very creamy). Then again, I know the dole whip stuff is technically non-dairy and lower in calories so I'll take one of each.

There is nothing more refreshing then having pineapple ice cream sitting in pineapple juice . My DD8 wanted to vote too but I could only do it once, but she votes for the plain pineapple dole whip, she can't wait to have another one in December. My DD6 and DH do not care for any of them, they rather have a vanilla and chocolate swirl ice cream

Not a huge fan of any of them but if I have to pick one it is the float.

The orange swirl tasted to me like St. Joseph's chewable baby aspirin, for those that remember those from the 60's and 70's. I did not care for it at all but my kids loved it.

Very analytical of you So a swirl gets your vote because a float doesn't float your boat.

I prefered the Dole Whip over the Dole Whip Float. I had one of each in DL this last January. The juice wasn't very good, not sweet at all. Maybe the juice is better in WDW. I will find out in January when we arrive on the 10th!

Pineapple Vanilla Swirl!

This past June my family rushed me past the stand on the way to POTC, promising me to stop on the way out. A summer storm came out of nowhere, everything closed and guess what! No Dole Whip for me!

I can assure you, this won't happen again!
