Dole whip question

Okay I have to admit I have never had a Dole Whip. Can someone tell me what the difference is between a dole whip and a dole whip float? Thanks.

A Dole Whip is just the Pineapple soft serve ice cream, the float is the ice cream with pineapple juice.

Dole whip is just pineapple soft serve ice cream and a dole whip float is the dole whip with pineapple juice at the bottom.

Honestly we tried it last time we were in disney (nov. 08) and weren't all that wowed by it. Maybe because it was FREEZING! I'm sure if i was hot and sweaty and had a dole whip it'd be much more refreshing.

Dole Whips are soooooo yummy

It is not ice cream....it's more like a soft serve sorbet type dessert. There is no dairy in it. You can also get it at the POLY.

It is NOT ice cream. It has the consistency of soft serve, but it tastes more like sherbert/sorbet (at least the pineapple flavor does).

I know this has nothing at all to do with the OP's question...but I had a Dole Whip float at the Dole plantation in Hawaii and it was sooooooooo good! I want one now...

Mmm, Dole Whips. I love getting the float but it gets so sticky and messy! Only difference is that floats have pineapple juice; soft serve is plain in a cup.
