Dole Whip, Kabuki etc off of Dinning plan? :(

Hello!

I searched far and wide for a conformation before asking, but I was trying to strategically plan snacks as light meals with soup and sushi and found that quite a few of the savory items are at locations that now say, "Dinning Plans Not Accepted" https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/epcot/kabuki-cafe/

Furthermore, I've never had this famed Dole Whip and I want to try it! Alas, Aloha Isle also says "Dinning Plans Not Accepted" https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/magic-kingdom/aloha-isle/

*Cry* Please tell me the website is wrong....

Is there a comprehensive list available for 2016 off-dinning plan locations? I couldn't find anything.

P.S. Sorry if this is old news! So hard to know if things posted in 2013-2015 are relevant or outdated!

You can use snack credits at Kabuki and Aloha Isle. There is a Disney Dining Plan and a Deluxe Disney Dining Plan, but no "Snack Dining Plan" so the dining plan brochures list only places where you can use Counter (Quick) Service or Table Service credits. If it is a location with only snack credit items it will come up as "Dining Plan not Accepted." If you look at the menus on allears you can see what is available at Kabuki and Aloha Isle for a snack credit:
