Doing the UPGRADE dance wahoooo......

I got a call from DU today and we were upgraded, for our 9-2003 honeymoon cruise, from a Cat 11 ( secret porthole) to a cat 7 !!!! I am sooo excited.... now anyone ever stay in 7128???

Congratulations on the upgrade!!!

DH and I stayed in 7128 in May 2001. It's a great location IMO. Your lifeboat station for the drill is in Animator's so at least you won't be out in the sun.

It amazes me that DCL would do an upgrade so far out - an entire year. Isn't that very unusual?

Unless they change things since we cruised last, you will have have your Muster Drill in Animator's Palate. (We had that room)

Wow must be nice , we leave Sept. 19, 2002 and no one has called us with a upgrade. We had to reschedule in April because husband was hospitalized for heart failure and was charged more to rescheduled how nice . Glad to see some people get better treatment. Have fun !!! I hope we do too!

Isn't it a great feeling? Same thing happened to us when we cruised in Jan/02. We had booked a cat 10 and were upgraded at the port to a cat 5. We were thrilled to say the least. Congratulations again and have a wonderful honeymoon!

My friend just called to tell me that she got a call from DCL yesterday about her 5/03 cruise. She was booked in a Cat 9 and was upgraded to a Cat 6. I was also surprised that would upgrade that far in advance.
