Not sure where to post this, but here it goes. I'm training for the Susan G. Komen 3 day walk in November. Walking 20 miles a day for a total of 60 miles. Started my training already, but I'm going to WDW late September and was wondering how much more time I should put in on the treadmill to keep up wtih the training. ANY suggestions would be appreciated.
