We can't afford to plan another WDW trip until probably summer 2009, and I'm sitting here listening to the Adventureland background music loop right now, and it almost actually physically HURTS! I think I'm genuinely homesick!! We spent 28 days at WDW in 2008. And now I feel like this. It's never enough, is it?

If I thought I could get away with it, I'd go pack a bag and start driving this minute. We have AP's that are good through February. I swear if I didn't have to be at work on Monday...

Here's some hugs and sympathy from us! We want to go incredibly bad ourselves, but finances, kids' school and our schools (both in grad school ) it's just not possible. We have a tenative date set for after Christmas of 2008, but we're not sure the $$ will be available for even that.

I get that homesick feeling too!
Our last trip was Sept 2006 and our next one won't be until Dec 2008 (hopefully). I've already started planning though. Not really necessary yet, but it makes me feel better when I'm at least in "Planning Mode".

Let's all cry together, no more Disney until April of 2009! I keep thinking free dining and a Ding from SW but I really am tired of all the debt that is occurred from just going.

I am going to spend the entire time paying off all my previous trips and have learned to plan ahead from now on. No more Disney unless I have the cash to pay for the entire trip.

Amen, sister! That's the same boat we're sailing around in right now, too. We racked up 10K on a credit card going last year. Thought we could afford to pay cash when we started planning, but then we got a nasty surprise when my husband's giant salary increase we were counting on shoved us into the next IRS tax bracket and most of it disappeared. Did we cut back on our plans accordingly? Noooo, we just put it on credit cards.

I was considering some kind of nefarious cash generating second job... Joe swears people would pay good money to see naked photos of me on the internet, but I think he's just got unusual taste in women.
