I'm a big dude. 6'1 330... Am I going to have a problem riding any ride out there. I want to do space mountain, tower of terror etc, but I don't want the same problems I get riding at 6 flags

my dh is alittle bigger then you hight and weight wise and he has had no problems hth have a great time

My hubby is 6'4 350 and never has any problems at WDW...it's not your everyday theme park :thumbsup2

I am 6' and last trip I was very pooh sized. I have issues on Space Mountain because my legs are very long. DH is 6'3 and pooh sized and doesn't have issues on SM because he has shorter legs than I do. That is the only ride that caused problems for me. I am not in the pooh catagory any more and can't wait to try the rides and have extra space.

That allears.net site is fantastic. There are pics of the seats along with detailed experiences of other pooh-sized riders.

I wore a size 20 on our last trip and had some trouble getting into the SM seat. My experience was a little weird in that I don't think my size made things hard rather, my inability to get my legs into that car. I got in the car but I'm pretty sure there's a video roll of me getting into the car, on some CM underground.

I had no other problems, including the "make your own roller coaster ride" in Epcot....but that was a tight squeeze and if I was just an inch bigger in my hips it would have been a no-go.

I am 6'4" and...well...I weigh more than I care to mention, but more than you. My problems have always been with my leg length. Space Mountain is a tight fit for my legs, I sit by myself and kind of side ways. I don't do Space Mountain because its rough on my knees as is Dinosaur. I have not ridden he Teacups so I can't say about those. Tower of Terror and any other ride that uses seat belts will be no problem, the seat belts can almost wrap around me twice. Overall, Disney is very friendly to us Pooh sized folks. Go and have fun with no worries.

My DH is the same size as you. No problems, he can even sneek into the tea cups. We are able to do all the rides with no problem at all.

WDW is waaaayyy better than 6 flags.

Enjoy your trip, everything will be fine.

Disney is awesome about being made for all shapes and sizes. Universal Studios is not! Because of my chest size, I had to sit in their "plus sized" seats. Bleh.
Anyways, you should have no problem at Disney!

My son is 6'6'" and has the longest legs I have ever seen. Try buying pants that are 38" long. He is not pooh-sized. His trick for sitting in rides with little leg room was to sit down, cross his legs at the ankle and relax his knees down. It was like he was sitting crosslegged but still in the seat. It kept his knees from being bumped so badly on those bumpy rides.

I have traveled with many plus sized people. The #1 piece of advice is don't sit down fully before trying to click the seatbelt in. Otherwise it is underneath you and you may struggle. If you have someone else with you pull out the seatbelt and hand it to them as you are sitting. Before you are fully in the seat they can click it in and you are good to go!
