We will be in Orlando for 2 weeks offsite in July with myself, DH, DSS 12, DSD 13, DS 4, and DS 2. The first week will be consumed with a baseball tournament and DH and DSS 12 will be there. So that leaves myself, the 2 little boys and DSD 13 (some of the time she will be at the games also).

As much fun as watching baseball is (well not really to me), going to the parks is a much more appealing idea for me. I would like to get to Magic Kingdom at least once and hit Fantasyland first thing in the morning and maybe Animal Kingdom or MGM. I have a double stroller, but am I expecting too much and asking for trouble with a 4 year old and 2 year old by myself. I would like to say that DSD 13 is a big help, but that isnt so. I dont plan on doing everything, but a few extra hours for a couple of days would greatly help us see it all. DH and the older kids are more interested in Universal, where I would love to go to WDW daily for 2 weeks.

And I cant imagine being that close to the World and not going for a week! Any suggestions for 1 adult and 2 little ones in the parks? And what should we make sure we do first thing in the mornings?

Dumbo first! Then probably Pooh, then Peter Pan but maybe you'd want to try its a small world to get them used to indoor rides befor you do any of the "dark" rides since those can scare toddlers. I think you can fastpass Pooh if the line builds before you get there. The carosel should be on your list of things to do pretty early, too. We never do the speedway - the line is just way too long. I told my son he was too short even when he wasn't - I know bad mom but better than waiting for 2 hours, ugg.

Get an ADR for a resturant that brings you the food. Buffet and counter service would be hard to manage with just you and two little ones.

I hope that strangers would give you a hand when you needed it with the stroller, I sure would! If no one offers, ask for help if you need it. Plan what you need to carry with you carefully so you don't have too much stuff to keep an eye on - take only the essentials into the parks. It will definately be a handful but if you practice with the kids, I hope they will cooperate!

There was a trip report awhile back from a mom that went alone with 3 little kids - if you can find that maybe you would get some good suggestions.
