Doing the HAPPY DANCE UNTIL....HELP!!!! LEAVING OCTOBER 2!!!!

OKAY, I booked for October 2-7 and put our names like we are supposed to and it is listed correctly on the print out with our confirmation number BUT Disney has recently sent us confirmations with the WRONG NAMES!!! First they had our name has my boyfriends name but my middle name, MR BLAKE KATHLEEN????? then we were sent an email that replaced me with a totally different person! A Mrs. Kelly Martin!!! NOO NOO NOO I AM A MISS SARAH!!!! I am callin disney in the am but until then I am very worried. Has anyone else had this problem???? I am VERY VERY VERY WORRIED BECAUSE WE ALSO BOOKED OUR AIR THROUGH DISNEY! I MUST BE ABLE TO GET ON MY FLIGHT. BTW WE PAID IN FULL ALREADY!

Stay calm! I'm sure they can fix this. Sounds like a computer glitch.

And your resort reservation should have nothing to do with your flight. Check your flight info directly with the airline; you should be good to go.

There was a problem reported over the weekend where several people received confirmations with the wrong names. In some cases they received several confirmations in one day. Everyone on the thread reported that their reservations were fine and exactly as they should be when they called. It was just a system error.

A called and a CM told me there was an email scam over the last week in which confirmations were being sent out with the wrong names. The CM assured me that the names were correct according to her records and stated that the scammer did not have access to our personal information or our credit card number; I hope she is right!
