Doing the doc dance!

Got our documents today and I am so excited! Only a few more weeks and I can finally (I hope) relax! It has been a very sad year (numerous deaths in the family and my grandfather is currently in the hospital with pancreatic cancer...not expected to survive much longer) and I am ready to experience a little Magic and enjoy LIFE.

So Thanksgiving cruisers..we're almost there!

Thanks! I forgot to mention the best part (well almost best)...we had booked air and everything through Disney because of our late booking date. I was so paranoid about bad flights etc., especially since the moment we come back from Orlando, I have to fly to Dallas to be with my grandfather (hopefully anyway), Our flight down is straight through! I couldn't believe it! And our flight back has only about an hour layover, so not bad at all.
Now I just have to figure out how to coerce them into letting me stay on the Magic longer on that Sunday since our flight doesn't leave until 3:30.

How fun! It sounds as if you need it now more than ever!
I was the only one in our family excited when our docs came, so I'll share your enthusiasm!
My husband is still fighting these fires in San Diego. He's been gone since Saturday. He was able to phone last night, though. Tragedy struck when a fireman died in the blaze and another was seriously injured. My dh wanted me to know that he was safe.
We leave three weeks from today, and I can't wait!

So thankful that your dh is safe! Our prayers are with you and everyone in So Cal. Especially for the families of the fire fighter that was injured and the one killed. My brother lives in San Diego and I am worried as we haven't heard from him yet!

We have had two huge fires here too in the last couple of days, but nowhere near the scope of the ones near you! Keep safe!

BTW, my boys weren't nearly as excited about the docs as I was either!

It takes a special person to run intor a burning building [or forest] when everyone else is running out.
