I am booking a trip for my sister and I to do WDW together. She and I live in different states. As many times as I have been to Disney and as much as I can help other people plan, I finally need some help for myself.

I am booking everything. We are staying DVC (my membership).

• Can I have Disney send her magical express tags directly to her or will they all have to come to me?
• Can I have Disney send her MB to her or will they have to send it to me?
• I will have an AP and she will have a standard 10-day hopper. Will there be issues with me making both of our FP reservations?
• If her plane arrives before mine, will there be any issues with her getting on DME or checking into the resort without me?

Can't answer the FP questions, sorry. But I'm fairly certain I've had magic express tags sent to my mom in a different state. I just called and explained the situation and gave her address. This was many years ago though. And as long a her name is somewhere on the reservation she should be able to check in without you (you can always call and let them know she will be there first).

When she gets her tickets, of you enter the ticket number into your MDE and add her as a friend/family you should be able to book her fps. I did for my in laws.

You will be able to book her fastpasses if you are linked in MDE. My daughter and I were able to do it and she had regular park hoppers and we had an AP.

Call the Magical Express people directly and when you give them her flight information ask them to mail the luggage tags and booklet to her home. They are very accommodating.

She won't have any trouble getting onto the DME without you.

As long as she is listed on your resort reservation she will be able to check into your room before you. My two sisters do it all the time. The one who pays for the room usually arrives hours after the one who doesn't pay.

I don't know about the MagicBands. Usually they are shipped in one box.

If Disney won't split the MagicBand shipment then maybe you could have both of your bands shipped to her. I'm assuming that you already have a MagicBand which you can use for the DME, since all your bands will work. She can give you your new MB when you see her at WDW.
