Doing Fantasmic as a dinning plan?

Attending the fantasmic show for the first time on December 20th. We currently have it booked as a dinning package deal at Minnie seasonal dine. However, to do the package the latest time I could get was 2:20pm to eat. Is it worth doing as dinner deal package or just trying to fastpass or show up early. We are on the dinning plan. They only have one showing at 8pm that night. Traveling with 4 kids under 7 and my 81 year old grandma.

I would keep the package and get a snack before the show. The meal and characters are the same for lunch and dinner so that won't make a difference. If you're on the dining plan already then you're getting reserved seating for no additional cost. If the off-time bothers you, just keep checking. There will be cancellations and other time slots will open up here and there.

This would best be asked, and probably more opinions, on the main Dining page. This is the Dining REVIEW Forum
