Doing DxDP for first time. Any suggestions to maximize experience?

Hey all, haven't posted in quite awhile. My DGF and I are doing the DxDP in late Sept. for 7 nights. So far, we have the following dinner reservations:

Coral Reef
Cali Grill
Narcoosee's
Rose and Crown - a fam fav
Jiko
Le Cellier
ESPN Club - my 25th Bday, Jets vs. Dolphins Sunday Night football. HUUUGE Jets fan.

We also have a lunch scheduled at Chefs de France. Anything you suggest we do or eat? Looking for incredible snack, lunch and appetizer/dessert recommendations. TIA!

Tusker house breakfast (1ts) (tons of choices, great food). We didnt do many breakfasts and doubled up on the 2ts dinners alot, but this was a great one.

Spirit of Aloha dinner show (2ts) - ribs are great, beer and wine included

Mickey's backyard bbq (2ts) - ditto SoA, but ribs and beer are walk up - not reliant on server to attend your table. Also, walk up cooler with all of your (and your kids) favorite park ice cream bars

1900 Park Fare dinner (1ts) - real solid buffet, better food than you get at a MK ts, but convenient to mk - plan for a mk day

Yachtsman (2ts) - one of the best restaurant meals I've had (on or off WDW property) - close to Epcot and HS

Brown Derby (2ts) for F! package - food was very good and ability to not wait in line for show saves you a half hour to hour. Much better food than other 1ts F! package alternatives in HS

Thanks alot! Any lunch or snack options you think we would enjoy? Not too much wiggle room on the dinners due to going with my parents. They are doing the regular free dining, so no 2TS for them except Jiko. If it helps at all, we're staying at CBR and they are at the BC. It's their 30th anniversary, so they have 3 nights to themselves, including their anniversary obviously. Very curious about great 1TS lunches and must have snacks. Thanks!
