Looks like we're going to be there at the same time!

I know how you feel. Ds is really looking forward to (hopefully) being able to ride some of the rides he couldn't do last year. I acutally think he'll chicken out of BTMRR and possibly Splash Mountain. But Test Track and Star Tours he would really love! We've tried to prepare him as best we can that it may not happen though. The worst of it for us is that we're traveling with a family that has a 5 yo who will be able to ride most everything. Ds probably will not cope very well with that! I guess that's just one of those things we'll deal with when the time comes.

I can't even say for sure how tall my DS was last time we were there, it will be a year and nine months since our last visit so he was only 3 then. I really hope that your DD will be allowed to ride the rides she wants, let us know what happened when you return!

Yes! We will be there at the same time. I am getting sooooo excited, how about you? Our kids sound like they are pretty much the same size - how old is your ds? My dd is almost five and she is a tiny little thing, ok on height, but her weight isn't even at 30 lbs yet! On the other hand, my ds is 7, and is a really big boy, almost 4 1/2 feet and 70 pounds, so he will be riding everything. One more week!

Wow! Your dd is very petite. My ds is 3.5--he weighs a little over 40 lbs. (and I think he looks skinny!)

We'll just keep our fingers crossed that the kids get to ride the things they want to.

Last May DS6 got to go on Splash Mtn., Space Mtn., BTMMRR, & Dinosaur with no problems at all. Then he got on Primevil Whirl once got immediately back in line, but got measured by a different man & wasn't allowed on. DH said "He just got off of it" but the man said the 1st guy must have measured wrong. DS was pretty upset. Then he was turned away at Rockin Roller Coaster....he was really upset then. We're going back in Feb. and he keeps measuing himself I think he got tall enough.....crossing my fingers....
