You are very welcome. :goodvibes

The turtles are the cashew, caramel, chocolate thingys. Like my description?

I'm working on my touring plans now and posting my thoughts of what we are going to each day....all the while taking notes. :surfweb:

Looking forward to reading more of your plans.

Oooh have yet to try them then, but Dave has had the cashew one and liked it. Think I might go and nibble on some now :teeth:

Have seen your plans and they are pretty cool. I esp like how you have added photos to it too, which I might steal from you for our park day descrips ;)

Love the shirts!!! :thumbsup2

Thanx :goodvibes

Lol, Sophia is such a wonderful friend and I am very greatful to the Dis for making it possible for us to become so.

Don't worry ladies, I have discovered a way to pack vest tops and t shirts in that they take up hardly any room :teeth: Just have to make sure that the iron and ironing board is not gross looking when we get there.

Thanx :goodvibes

I just went to check it out and have added them to my Wishlist. I remember watching all the old cartoons when I was younger on ITV when they had the Disney Channel Show.

Me and Dave are trying to remember which shows we used to watch, like

The Little Mermaid
PB&J
TaleSpin
The Wuzzles
Gummi Bears
Lilo & Stitch
Hercules
Ducktales
Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers
Jungle Cubs
Timon & Pumbaa
Recess
Pepper Ann
The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh

So many memories :)

With all this wedding planning, me and Dave have gotten to talking about the honeymoon again, or should I say Disneymoon.

Thanx to the wonderful Sophia for sending us the DCL Planning DVD we have decided that we want to try out DCL and what better way for newbies to experience so then on the new liner The Disney Dream. We have looked at prices for 3 nights Bahamian and were surprised to find that we could afford/treat ourselves to a Deluxe Family Stateroom with Verandah Concierge :teeth: We have never done Concierge before, but from what we have read, it is supposed to be amazing. The one thing that sold it for me was that we get to check in separately from other guests, which I love the idea of, as I saw a picture of the check in area building on someones TR and it was majorly packed

Now we can't come all the way to Florida and not go to WDW for a few days, so we are going to combine a Land and Sea (but not a package), 3 nights at sea and then 7 nights on land. We were thinking of trying out the GF, but after having looked into it, I am not so keen anymore so have looked at other resorts and priced up AKL and was surprised, again, to see that we could afford to book CL here :yay: and its cheaper than what we priced for the Poly, GF and CR!!! We are also hoping to get a bounceback this year as well, so fingers crossed we can get a bargain :goodvibes

Dave have also thought of an idea for our 1st Wedding Anniversary Trip in that we should try out Adventures by Disney and do the Hollywood and DisneylandTrip. I looked it up and have fallen in love with the idea, as you get to spend two days in Hollywood staying at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel. Visiting attractions such as the Kodak Theatre, go behind the scenes at the El Capitan Theatre, go backstage at Jimmy Kimmel Live, do the Jim Henson Studio Tour with Lunch and explore Hollywood at some point on your own.

You also get the visit the Disney Studios and Archives, as well as both Imagineering buildings. Then its on to Disneyland for the next three days staying at Grand Californian Hotel experiencing various things and eating at various popular restaurants.

I am so excited for this trip too, but it may or may not be on the cards, depending on our situation at the time.

But you can get the title now, as from what you have read, we have already decided our next two trips, without having been on the first one  You know how there is Bieber Fever, well we got Disney Fever (FYI I do not like Justin Bieber!)

:woohoo: for the Dineymoon Cruise! :yay:

Wow, it would be so awesome if you did the Adventures by Disney thing for your first anniversary. :thumbsup2

Love all the Disneymoon plans!! along the same lines as DF & I :goodvibes ... where does the 3 night cruise stop at?

We are planning one night at AKL before the cruise then a week at GF afterwards :cloud9:

you know I'd even thought about a USA west coast 'road trip' vacation for our one year wedding anniversary! :goodvibes .. ofcourse I'd have to check with DH (!!!) that it didn't interrupt with the 2012 summer football schedule

Emma princess: x

ps - how amazing has the weather been this weekend?! :cool2:

What a nice box of goodies you got from Sophia--I love it. An dI love the new t-shirts.

The Disneymoon sounds fabulous! And I hope the Adventure by Disney trip works out for you too. Now what are you waiting for? You need to start planning for your 2nd Anniversary Trip:laughing:

Probably back to WDW to check out the Fantasy Land expansion ;) will they ever build that fifth gate? Can't help but feel that they will have to eventually if they keep building resorts and DVC. Otherwise the parks will be mobbed :(

I would love it if they built a fifth gate! Maybe that will be your 5th anniversary trip!

Three nights stop at Nassau, Dave wants to stay on the ship and explore this day, but I might try and persuade him to do a Days Excursion to Atlantis.

As we wouldn't arrive in time for our sail date, we would have to spend one night at Disney. We might make it two, depending on prices for POFQ.

and yes weather has been gorgeous this weekend and today is supposed to be in the 30's :teeth:

A new park would be awesome, am excited about the new resort, but would have been better if they used that land for a new park.

about 2-3 years ago there were a lot of rumours about Disney building a 'Night Kingdom' in WDW - aimed at adults & thrill seekers... I remember listening to a couple of podcasts about it & it really seemed like there was some truth to the rumours?!

But then the recession happened and obviously Disney had to be a bit more economical the last few years!
Hopefully this idea will come back one day.. I just googled it and it comes up with several websites! :thumbsup2

I'd love to see Disney Sea come to WDW one day! :cloud9:

Emma princess: x

what an amazing package, everything looks lovely!:cloud9:

your honeymoon package sounds great as do the one-year anniversary plan! :thumbsup2gonna have a read into your DCL behind the scenes type holiday, sounds so cool.:cool1: DBF and I want to try a Las Vegas, California, San Diego trip but have no idea when, after Florida might have to start saving for grown up things like a house!:confused3

That sounds like it would have been an awesome park. Would be nice to see a new one in the next year or so. Maybe after the FL expansion.

Luckily we have extended our three day weekend to four and I am planning on working out to burn those babies off I tell you.

Thats it for now, am hoping to update real soon, I know I keep saying that, but I mean it this time, I swear :teeth: Its going to be a Disney filled weekend. Have already watched Jungle Book and are planning to watch The Aristocats later. Then going to update my Disney Planning Book, which is loooong overdue, then on to updating you guys with our Must Do's, Park Days etc

TTFN :tigger:

More cute t-shirts! I seriously think you're going to have to extend your trip by a couple of weeks so you can wear them all. Either that or change 3 times a day:laughing:

Lol Thanx  Dave was saying the same thing earlier today. I think these t shirts are mostly for the parks and then I will most prob change for dinner. Don't worry I will find a way to wear them all :teeth:

Hi Stefy....

I'm pretty sure I'm a tad behind on your PTR  but I saw this update and had to jump back in! I'll be back to catch up, but I LOVE those new shirts, they are gorgeous!

Oh and those goodies look scrumptious of course  and I love the Aladdin pin too. :woohoo: It's a regular love fest!
