doggie bag at Palo?

The difference being - with a doggie bag, you're bringing the food back to your room to eat later. The fridges in the rooms are not guaranteed to keep things cold enough to keep them safe for eating later. And no way to reheat it.

The food from the quick serve locations (hamburgers, etc) you're bringing back to your room to eat now. In theory, it's still fresh and warm when you eat it.

Maybe I'm bringing back quick serve to eat later.

i think it all has to do with your server. On our first few Palo dinners we had our desserts boxed for later as we were too full. Then we got one terrible waiter who wouldn't do it despite the table next to us ordering every dessert, took pics of them, and then had them boxed for later. Same waiter wouldn't let us order an extra entree to share either. . .

I don’t get it—quick serve is open basically all day long so if u want to eat it later you can go get it fresh later.
