Dog thinks the cats are "candy" machines

Barring all theories on why some dogs in general love to raid the litter box, I just thought I'd throw out there that whenever ours gets the chance - she runs RIGHT for the "CANDY MACHINE" and gets her some nice crunchies.

So you can imagine how funny it was when I bought one of those "peanutz" you find at Petsmart (looks like a kitty poop) and just after the wife came home I threw one on the floor right in front of the dog and she went to town on it. I am sure you can picture the look of horror on the wife's face when she thought it was a nice juicy cat by-product!!! She was very relieved to find it wasnt, but still - good times.

oh, that just cracks me up! Our friends have 2 dogs who love to find the "kitty candy" in their backyard - I've got to tell them about this! So funny! (and gross, but it's so funny!)

My friend calls it Kitty Roca.

I never had litter boxes growing up and had no idea dogs were so into it!
