Dog Sledding in Juneau, Alaska. What's the difference between the 3 trips?

Booking thru Disney, there are three different excursions in Juneau that include a helicopter ride and dog sledding. I can't really figure out how they differ, despite a significant price difference.

Disney Exclusive Glacier Dog Musher for a Day (JU31)
$975 per person, 4 to 4.5 hours

Dog Sled Adventure by Helicopter (JU30)

$755 per person, 2.5 to 3 hours

Dog Sledding on the Mendenhall Glacier by Helicopter (JU01)
$699 per person, 2.5 to 3 hours

Thanks for any help or advice!

Can't answer your question but you can book directly with Temsco Helicopters. They also offer dog sledding out of Skagway. The dog sledding excursions are canceled more frequently out of Juneau due to weather than out of Skagway. We did it out of Skagway and loved it.

We also booked with Temsco in Skagway after our tour in Juneau was cancelled due to fog. The helicopter pad is visible from the ship in Skagway. We were told to book all flying excursions as early in the trip as possible in the hopes of being able to rebook in the next port if an excursion was cancelled. This was good advice since our flight excursions were cancelled in both Ketchikan and Juneau due to fog. We actually just walked off the ship in Skagway and went to a tour booth and booked it the same day. Temsco was an amazing company. I felt very safe and the flight was beautiful and scenic. We landed on a glacier and did the dog sledding on the glacier which was really cool. We didn't book through the cruise line and probably saved $100-150 per person (and we have a family of 5).

I just booked this independently out of Skagway, after accidentally booking the dogcart and mushers camp, but it’s far enough out they were able to just charge me the difference to change it. The exclusive one is longer, and maybe you get to steer the sled yourself? Can’t see any difference between the last two though.

I doubt you'll find anyone who has experience more than one of these to compare, but we did the JU30 excursion. It was an absolutely incredible experience that I highly recommend. It is run by Era Helicopters, and I believe this is the same company that does the "Disney Exclusive" version. The difference with that more expensive one is that its longer and I believe they got more time to play with the puppies. Everyone in our group got the opportunity to "mush" the dogs. I can answer specific questions if you have any.
