Speaking of Labradoodle, I have a Goldendoodle (Golden Ret. X Std. Poodle), she does not shed and is good for those with allergies, I have allergies to cats & some dogs & my Grandmother is allergic to everything & has asthma, Annabelle does not bother us at all. She is a clown of a dog. She is expected to be around 60 lbs., there are also mini-goldendoodles, but may be harder to find. There is a website, Goldendoodles.com that has tons of info. and also has a discussion board (on both golden & labradoodles), you can ask tons of questions and just like the DIS, everyone is more than happy to help. To get to the discussion board, you will have to click onto "resources" and then "discussions board". If you are interested, there is also a section on the website where those with both Golden & labra doodles have entered in the coat type their dog has - curly poodle-type or wavy more golden type, if they shed, breeder, etc. Annabelle has a long wavy coat, which is what we wanted. Sorry. I have no info on the dogs mentioned, but since someone mentioned Labradoodle, just thought I'd put in my 2 cents. The only problem we've had with her (was in the beginning) has been puppy nipping/biting, but now that her "big girl" teeth have come in, she has stopped doing that, she just needs her chew bones. Good luck in your decision, and I hope no one starts bashing me on why pure bred dogs should not be bred to one another, in our case it was best - due to allergies.
