This is probably not entirely helpful but thought I would mention since I don't know if your situation is similar. We found a dog walker when we rented a house and went to Disney 2 year ago. My rescued puppies hate kennels and a dog walker was cheaper and more fun for them - Two were crate trained, and at the time of the trip were 6 months old, so the dog walker just put them back in the crates after a nice long mid-day walk, play session and snack, and the oldest dog just hung out in the house. I walked and played with them before we left in the mornings and again in the evening. For our trip I had them come by twice on a longer day and skip a couple of the days that we didn't go to the parks or were just for a short visit. Worked out great and the dog's loved the walker! And for us was cheaper and easier to manage than daily day care. Just an idea...
Google Bass Pet Resort. It's about 15 minute from WDW. Their VIP suites were 42.00 a night vs 70.00 at the WDW pet resort. The rates are less overall, and it does get good reviews.
